It's not every day .. Sometimes when I wake up, I wake up with a dry nose, or sometimes nose bleeds. My family sometimes have the same problem. This means that I need a humidifier or dehumidifier?

You probably would benefit from the fact that you have a humidifier in the bedroom during sleep. The dry air in winter in the northern hemisphere is part of the problem so that it will not a dehumidifier. Saline and a small spray bottle and use three or four times a day can help a lot.
